Your information.
A clear boundary.
How this first-phase public website handles inquiries and fund-information conversations.
Inquiry information
The inquiry form collects the details you enter, including contact information, organization, country, investor type, allocation interest, preferred contact method, and message. With your consent, these are sent to the website project owner through the platform owner-notification service for human follow-up. This website does not create a CRM record, investor account, or customer-email confirmation.
Chat information
Your conversation remains in the current page session. When you ask a question, recent messages are transmitted to the server. Approved FAQs receive a deterministic response from public fund information; other questions may be sent to the managed AI service if it is available. Do not share bank details, identity documents, account numbers, sensitive portfolio information, or other confidential records. The assistant has no access to investor accounts.
Technical data and preferences
The application does not intentionally store contact information or chat transcripts in its own database. Hosting, notification, analytics, and AI service providers may process technical data under their own service terms. Basic in-memory rate-limit counters protect public endpoints. They are temporary and do not constitute a durable audit log.
Contact and launch readiness
You may use the inquiry form to ask the project owner about your data. A formal privacy-controller identity, contact channel, vendor review, retention policy, and jurisdiction-specific privacy terms must be established before a public production launch. This notice describes this first-phase implementation and is not a substitute for that review.
